Prospect Mountain Reservation Request Form

Requests and inquiries are replied to by email often within 24 hours, though replies may take longer during our busy weekends. If you do not see a response within 48 hours please feel free to call our reservation line toll free at 1-888-550-4PMC or email us at info@prospectmtncampground.com for further assistance.

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee (rounded to nearest dollar). If you need to cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice before your arrival date, we will try to rent the site to another camper. If we are not able to rerent the original dates you will be charged for any unrented portion of your reservation.

- The camper agrees to accept responsibility for all other adults, children, and visitors camping with them as part of their reservation, as well as for any charges or damages resulting from their actions or the actions of anyone for whom they are responsible.
- Prospect Mountain Campground is not liable for injury to persons or property arising from the innate risks of camping and occupying a natural outdoor space, including but not limited to that resulting from wildlife, trees,uneven terrain, inclement weather, and bodies of water.
